How To Redirect Old Blogger Traffic To New Blog

Today, i will teach you a very easy and useful hack or string of code that many users forget or do not know of..

Ever wanted to change your blog URL but keep your old readers.. ALL of them?

Instead of placing a small button like (I've moved) and hope your readers press it. Why not simply redirect your users instantly?

This link is my example of how the redirect code works and looks: www.Hosehz.blogspot.com

Here is my tutorial:

1. In Blogger go to: Go to Layout then EditHtml
   
   
2. Search(Ctrl + F) for the following tag: </head>
   
   
3. Now place the following code above with:
   
   <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http://MyNewBlog.com"/>
   
   
4. Save and view your old blog page. Redirect timing depends on how much content you've stored up before your tag. Usually, it will redirect in 1 second.

Summary:

Easy to do.

Keep your reader base intact.
